Seems nothing special but they are certainly, these little products are pure tantalum hose transitions for a chemical plant of molten MCA.
With a melting temperature of 3020 degrees/ 5468 F welding pure tantalum into a purge chamber is a very difficult task.
We weld these with a patented triple puls GTAW proces inside our most advanced purge chamber at the most critical conditions and only 1 PPM.
If you look closely at the picture you see the bright red hot piece in the middle, just after stopping the arc.
